Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Programmer Analyst.

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, high-performance software solutions that drive operational excellence. By proactively identifying and resolving challenges, you will ensure our systems are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and long-term value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and refine complex software, ensuring quality and leading code reviews
  • Design and execute test cases, analyze results, and report issues and risks
  • Create physical databases and data warehouses aligned with project needs and standards
  • Translate technical standards into clear component specifications
  • Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and availability
  • Maintain service levels through documentation, disaster recovery planning, and testing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing with VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases, Active Directory, and Web Services
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, database design, and relevant programming languages
