Join the winning team now Work you’ll do Mergers and Acquisition The successful candidate will work in an Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g. tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post‑merger integration, etc.) and drafting tax advisory memos or reports. You should have 0 to at least 1 year of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business‑related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognised by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage. Excellent communication, inter‑personal and writing skills with a passion to learn including proficient in Microsoft programs of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work as well as work with multiple team leaders. Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
