Join the winning team now You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence team which provides impactful supports in delivering recruitment strategy and execution to our fast-growing management consulting practice. You will give the best-in-class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. Draft and review employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Assist TA team in managing pre-onboarding process for new hires. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information, updates, and guidance. Ensure the integrity and quality of candidate data within the ATS and Operations-related reports. Participate in TA projects/ initiatives focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of coordination and administration experience within TA function. Experience with SuccessFactors or other Application Tracking system is a plus. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. Organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to plan ahead. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
