Job Overview The Human Resources (HR) Director is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who aligns business and people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals. Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. Oversee performance management programs, employee development initiatives, and succession planning. Design and execute employee engagement strategies, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a fair and equitable workplace. Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people-related matters. Implement HR technologies and data analytics to optimize people processes and decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Proven track record of driving people and culture strategies that enhance business performance. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of an organization. Experience with HR technology, data analytics, and workforce planning tools. Certified HR professional credentials (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
