Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities Source for candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including posting of jobs, interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting reference checks, arranging medical check‑ups, and preparing job offers. Conduct initial interviews, review applications, endorse candidates to the respective department managers, facilitate job offers, and gather pre‑employment requirements of hired candidates. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy aligns with the market. Manage and update recruitment records and post job advertisements on various platforms. Participate in recruitment activities such as collaborating with universities. Work closely with hiring managers for manpower requirements and update the progress of interview status monthly. Administer onboarding of new joiners, including conducting orientations. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in the overall recruitment cycle. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure. Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Administration is a plus.
