Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Job Details Role: Marketing Automation Specialist Work Arrangement: Work From Home Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao Schedule: Morning Shift Description The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for configuring the Braze platform. This role requires in-depth expertise in Braze's product features, including multichannel messaging, customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and analytics. The specialist will contribute to the full lifecycle of marketing automation initiatives, encompassing planning, design, and build phases, to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan the implantation of marketing automation journeys, identifying objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators. Design customer journeys and campaigns using Braze's tools for segmentation, content personalization, and A/B testing. Build and configure automation workflows, integrations, and data flows within the Braze platform to support campaign execution. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilizing Braze's reporting and analytics features to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all automation activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced Braze features, including BrazeAI for generative AI and automated decision‑making. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) for custom scripting and data integrations. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization and performance metrics interpretation. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Non‑negotiable Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of 3‑5 years of professional experience in marketing automation, with demonstrated involvement in all stages of development, including strategic planning, solution design, and technical build‑out. Comprehensive knowledge of Braze’s core product features, such as Canvas for journey orchestration, Currents for data integration, predictive analytics, and AI‑driven personalization tools. Proven ability to integrate Braze with other systems, including CRM platforms, data warehouses, and web analytics tools. Certification in Braze (e.g., Braze Certified Practitioner, Braze Certified Marketer, Braze Certified Developer) or equivalent certifications in Adobe or Salesforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
