We are seeking Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE / Jakarta EE) Developers at both Mid and Senior levels to join our growing development team. As part of our Agile squads, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while mentoring junior developers and participating in architectural discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java EE-based applications aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Create and interpret UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, etc.)
  • Apply appropriate design patterns to solve architectural and development challenges
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers (especially for Senior roles)
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Work with tools like Git , JIRA , Confluence , and popular IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
  • Debug and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
For Mid-Level Java EE Developer:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Undergraduates welcome)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Java EE / Jakarta EE development
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong skills in reading/creating UML Diagrams
  • Familiarity with design patterns and software architecture principles
  • Proficiency with Git , Confluence , JIRA
  • Experience with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
For Senior Java EE Developer:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Undergraduates welcome)
  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in Java EE / Jakarta EE development
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
  • Expertise in UML modeling and software design principles
  • Proven track record in leading development teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Git , Confluence , JIRA , Eclipse/IntelliJ
  • Ability to take initiative and drive innovation in development practices
