Location: Manila and Cebu
Work Setup: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Open Roles: Mid-Level & Senior Developers

Key Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise-level applications
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
Lead and mentor junior developers (Senior role)
Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote coding best practices
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates

Qualifications:
For Mid-Level Developer:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related courses
Minimum 3 years of Java EE or Jakarta EE experience
Strong skills in debugging, design patterns, UML diagrams
Familiar with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows

For Senior Developer:
All mid-level requirements PLUS:
Minimum 5+ years of Java EE or Jakarta EE experience
Proven experience in leading projects or teams
Strategic mindset with expertise in CI/CD, architecture alignment, and stakeholder reporting
