Responsibilities- Assist with posting weekly timesheets and expense reports
- Reconcile contract labor for payment
- Set up new employee profiles in ERP system
- Distribute labor reports to project managers and contractors
- Validate, consolidate, and group labor data for reconciling and reporting
- Support Accounts Payable department with payment processing
- Maintain and upload supporting documentation for financial transactions
- Perform internal audit on previous day vendor invoices and vouchers
- Assist with data entry and generating financial reports
- Provide general accounting and clerical support
- Complete special projects or other duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Accounting or a related course
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas and formatting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience working in a corporate environment is required
- Experience with creating spreadsheets and data analysis
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles needed
- Experience in continuous process improvement, including automation
- Ability to multitask and react promptly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
- Capability and willingness to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
