Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting, job costing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. A solid understanding of construction estimating is required to support budgeting and cost control efforts on projects.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, perform job costing and track expenses by project, process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and vendor payments, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements, prepare financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets, assist with estimating by reviewing plans, material take-offs, and subcontractor bids, support project managers with budget tracking and cost-to-complete analysis, and manage payroll and ensure compliance with construction labor laws.
