Overview

Job Title: General Administration Manager

Role Overview: The Administration Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of company's operations-support, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in administration and operations-support.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability while upholding the brand's standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient day-to-day administration and operations support, including human resource management, facilities administration, and logistics.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations support team, honing a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Client Relations & Sales: Maintain and enhance relationships with high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Ensure sales acquisition through client walk-ins and online inquiry in the Pampanga Branch.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role (preferably in a senior position).
  • Proven track record of operational-support excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or graduate units is an advantage.
Working Days and Hours
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
