Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee day‑to‑day operations ensuring that processes meet company standards and objectives. Collaborate with department heads to align operational strategies with business goals. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to minimize operational risks. Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively across operational activities. Facilitate communication and collaboration between operations and other departments. Oversee logistics, including supply chain management and inventory control operations. Identify operational challenges and develop creative and effective solutions promptly. Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and improve productivity. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an operations management or similar executive role. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to improve operational efficiencies. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in using operations management software and tools for efficiency tracking.
