Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and direct a staff of 4-5 team leaders/supervisors, each managing teams of up to 25 employees, with a total span of 60-80 FTEs. Ensure patient calls from multiple hospital sites are answered within client service levels and handled with quality. Oversee contact center performance to meet contractual SLAs consistently. Mentor current team leaders/supervisors and CSR employees, embodying the R1 values. Develop and implement recommendations; provide formal feedback on project results and team performance to management. Support new client expansion, development, and implementation. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years’ experience in customer service within a hospital or healthcare call center as an Operations Manager. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Strong time management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks independently. Experience leading and managing employees in a high-contact center environment. Preferred: Certified revenue cycle management experience. Preferred: Continuous improvement experience using Lean Six Sigma tools.
