  • Monitor client accounts from reservation to loan take-out stage
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required documents for loan processing (e.g. valid IDs, income documents, proof of billing, COE, etc.)
  • Maintain updated records of clients' submission status, approval stage, and take-out timelines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and financing institutions (e.g. Pag-IBIG, bank partners)
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and banks to avoid delays in processing
  • Review and validate all documentation submitted by clients for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit loan application documents to banks or Pag-IBIG
  • Track and manage loan evaluation, approval, and take-out schedules
  • Maintain organized filing (physical and digital) of client loan records in compliance with company and regulatory policies
  • Lead financing accreditation
  • Ensure compliance with financing institution guidelines, especially Pag-IBIG HDMF and banking regulations
  • Process loan take-out requests and reconcile disbursed proceeds with accounting
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounting, legal) for timely processing of documents (e.g. contracts, CTS, title-related docs)
  • Assist in title transfer coordination post-take-out
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate documentation or loan processing
  • Familiarity with Pag-IBIG HDMF housing loan programs and bank financing procedures
  • Experience handling CTS (Contract to Sell), Deed of Absolute Sale, and loan-related documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills
