Overview

Expense Analyst (Manila) — Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role focuses on managing expense operations and supporting internal stakeholders with accurate, timely processes.

Responsibilities
  • Own Expenses inbox and review, analyze, and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the onboarding and maintenance of corporate cards.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to employees regarding expense matters.
  • Conduct audits of expense reports to ensure compliance with expense policy.
  • Support the growing needs of the Expenses Department and complete ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience
  • High school diploma required; college courses in accounting desirable
  • Ability to retain and understand the intent of company policies
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work closely with various teams throughout the company
  • Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of cloud-related ERP systems (Workday Expenses, Coupa and Netsuite) from end-user and administrative perspectives desired
