Job Description – SAP MM Analyst (Taguig, NCR)

Responsibilities
  • Provide SAP MM support with configuration knowledge and manage support issues, including ticket handling.
  • Understand standard business processes within SAP, particularly in the order-to-cash area.
  • Work cross-functionally and cross-culturally; adapt personal style to different environments.
  • Ensure high levels of service, maintain documentation, and demonstrate strong analytical and customer service skills.
  • Learn new processes quickly; keep knowledge up to date; use Microsoft Office tools.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to resolve problems; meet customer service level agreements; adhere to change control requirements.
  • Address immediate service needs of end users across business units; manage workload to meet deadlines; prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with users, service providers, management, and audit teams; support external audit activities as needed.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, IM, WM, FI) is beneficial; experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) and ITIL environment is desirable; SOX/CSV awareness is a plus.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience; experience with support and ticket handling.
  • 3–5 years of SAP MM support experience with configuration knowledge.
  • Broad understanding of SAP functionality and standard business processes within SAP.
  • Experience with SAP ECC6 or current SAP technology; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills; able to interact at all levels.
  • Self-motivated; able to learn new processes quickly and keep skills current.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
  • Project management awareness; familiarity with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes; SOX/CSV awareness.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary

Php70,000.00 – Php95,000.00 per month
