Job Description
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating daily operations and activities within the department or project.
  • Support the team by handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communications.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor progress and help ensure that deadlines and goals are met.
  • Assist in managing event planning or logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, and venue coordination.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the coordinator.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant coursework in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
