Lead PM, Project/Program Management at Analog Devices. The Lead Project Manager is a critical leader within the newly established Quality and Optimization Engineering Team (QOET) PMO. This role oversees a portfolio or category of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic operational objectives. The Lead PM drives project execution accountability, proactively manages risks, and provides portfolio status reporting to senior leadership. The role also mentors other project managers within the team and may serve as an alternate for the PMO Lead as needed.

• Lead the management of a specific category or portfolio of QOET projects, collaborating with Engineering Leads to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Facilitate project intake, definition, and prioritization discussions for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure alignment of projects within the portfolio to QOET and Global Operations strategic objectives.
• Work with Engineering Leads to establish clear project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Act as a check and balance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and QOET PMO standards.
• Drive accountability for project execution and milestones from QOET Engineering Leads and DRIs.
• Proactively identify, track, and facilitate the resolution of project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports and portfolio summaries for the PMO Lead, QOET Director, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads/DRIs on joint status updates and presentations.
• Ensure effective communication channels across project teams and with external stakeholders (IT, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Mentor and guide Senior PM, Project Manager, and Associate PM, providing expertise and support.
• Delegate specific tracking or coordination tasks to the Associate PM or Project Manager as appropriate.
• Occasionally stand in as alternate for the PMO Lead for high-level tasks, including attendance at selected stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools.
• Gather feedback from Engineering Leads and project teams to refine PMO practices.

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior PM role. Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience in portfolio management and strategic project prioritization. PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PM software; familiarity with Power BI is a significant advantage. Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
