Responsibilities Consolidate all items to be repaired for easy scheduling and routing Provide accurate quotation to external and internal client promptly Ensure sales order and invoice are processed by CMG Coordinate all documents and permit for onsite repair Ensure all payment is collected after the repair or to be settled within 30 days Provide schedule, route and instruction to the technician Education and Experience Must be a graduate of 4 years of related course Must have at least 1 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of customer service and the ability to do multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment. Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, customer-service oriented, resourceful, creative and analytical.
