As a Sales Coordinator within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. Click Here to know more: LIFE AT EXIGO TECH Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and opportunity data. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation in collaboration with account managers. Client Communication & Support Respond to client inquiries, confirm orders, and provide after-sales support. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues. Order & Process Coordination Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to track order fulfillment. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Monitor KPIs and assist in forecasting and pipeline tracking. Team & Event Coordination Schedule client meetings, internal sales reviews, and promotional events. Support onboarding and training of new sales staff. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment. Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and managed infrastructure is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably with exposure to procurement processes.
