THE OPPORTUNITY The IT PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for providing direction to the team including planning, overseeing and documentation of all aspects of the project and workloads being worked on. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects Directly people management of all IT teams/staff Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Assemble and coordinate project with the Development Team Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Provide direction and support to project team Quality assurance prior project deployment Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires JOB COMPETENCIES/SPECIFICATIONS High level critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to identify and manage risks. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Has the ability to quickly analyze data or a given situation. Able to make sound decisions. Strong communicator-written and spoken. Great influencer, motivator and leading teams through tough times. Ability to properly manage and delegate tasks. A Team player. Excellent negotiation skills, good communicator, able to translate technical requirement to internal team and build relationships with clients. Conflict management. Adaptable to changing working environment. Patient with high stress tolerance. Advance knowledge of technological terms use in IT Development cycle. Web-based Project Development; API-driven Project Development. At least 6 years Project Management experience. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspect of project management. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Proven experience in People Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Change Management and Management Software. Experience in gaming industry and sound knowledge of various on-line gaming applications is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
