Job Description
  • Develop and implement a regional public affairs strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead external communications, including media outreach, crisis response, and reputation management
  • Collaborate with internal communications to drive change initiatives and employee engagement
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on communication risks and opportunities
  • Represent the company in industry forums, trade groups, and with government entities
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across corporate affairs and business units
The Successful Applicant

We\'re seeking a seasoned communications professional with strong strategic acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 10 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or policy
  • Regional experience, particularly in Southeast Asia
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record in media relations, public affairs, and internal communications
  • Experience working with regulators, industry bodies, and senior leadership
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Background in FMCG or other highly regulated industries is a plus
