Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undergo a 6-month training in Malware Analysis for Cyber Threat Defense Engineer.
  • Conduct daily threat analysis, resolve customer issues, and develop preventative solutions.
  • Join a 5-week training for DevOps Platform Engineer to gain tech skills and support Trend Micro's customers.
  • Assist with product inquiries and promote innovative solutions.
  • Complete a 6-week training for Cyber Security Analyst focusing on security fundamentals.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and enhance SIEM use cases.
  • Provide 24x7 first-line support as a Global Service Desk Engineer, collaborating with global teams.
About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
