Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate and oversee the work of all project participants, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Budget Management Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost variances and potential overruns. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds specified standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Address and resolve any construction-related issues or disputes that arise during the project. Team Leadership & Communication Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with project goals. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, including key milestones, risks, and issues. Safety Management Develop and enforce a site-specific safety plan, ensuring that all workers comply with safety regulations and best practices. Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occur on-site. Project Closeout & Handover Oversee the completion of all project punch-list items, ensuring that all work is finished to the client’s satisfaction. Manage the project closeout process, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to the client. Ensure that all necessary permits, warranties, and as-built drawings are obtained and provided to the client. May be assigned additional duties as directed by the Superior. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. With 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Professional certification in construction management (e.g., Certified Construction Manager, Project Management Professional). Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
