If you like what we’re saying, keep reading WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Senior Accountant to oversee and manage master data activities across supplier, customer, cost center, and materials domains. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, supporting migration initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration across finance, procurement, and IT teams. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Lead and execute master data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Drive master data clean up within Workday Setup operating model and maintain and update master data records in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other relevant systems. Maintain and govern master data for suppliers, customers, cost centers, and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data standards and resolve data-related issues. Develop and implement data quality controls and validation processes. Monitor and report on data quality metrics and project progress. Support system implementations and upgrades involving master data (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce). Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on master data processes and best practices. Continuously improve master data processes and documentation. WHAT WE VALUE Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Solid experience in master data management and migration in a finance or shared services environment. Extensive experience with SAP , Workday , Salesforce , and similar ERP/CRM tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communicator, comfortable working with diverse teams across geographies. Experience in data governance and compliance is beneficial Committed and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
