Purpose

This role centrally governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with standards and internal customers' requirements.

Key Missions
  • Manages, maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date
  • Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Finance, Projects, Customers, Materials, Employees and Supplier
  • Ensures all service Level agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification
  • Maintains and develops master data process documentation, ensuring they are up to date and relevant
  • Maintains, reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system
  • Supports project team(s) in data migration activities
  • Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes
  • Coordinates Master Data involvement in projects
  • Implements new processes for new projects or developments and proposes innovative solutions
  • Trains and leads junior Master Data Officer
Profile & Other Information
  • Master Data experience as the role is hands-on
  • Experience with different ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Good command of Excel and MS applications
  • Good command of english both oral and written (B2 minimum)
  • Good mentoring and coaching skills to lead the team
  • Problem Solving
  • Costumer Service Oriented
