Overview As a Senior Security Operations Analyst, you will support governance, compliance, and security-related initiatives within the IT department. Lead and mature security operations by defining playbooks, metrics, and continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities. This is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST. Responsibilities Define alerting, triage, and escalation playbooks. Partner with vendors to fine-tune SIEM detections and reduce false positives. Lead forensic analysis and RCA for critical security events. Define KPIs for incident handling and vulnerability remediation. Oversee security awareness initiatives and coordinate tabletop exercises. Qualifications 6+ years in security operations, incident response, or threat detection. Experience leading or tuning SIEM/SOAR tools. Strong understanding of network, cloud, and endpoint security. Preferred Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or similar tools. Experience with Arctic Wolf. Knowledge of incident response or forensics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
