Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Clark, Pampanga (on-site)

Overview: We are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Roles involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service. Training is provided and virtual or on-site hiring processes may be available depending on the posting.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services; resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records with interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Process orders, returns, and related service tasks as required
  • Stay informed about products/services through ongoing training
Qualifications
  • Open to high school graduates, SHS, college undergraduates, and graduates
  • No experience required in some postings; 6 months+ BPO experience is an advantage in others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer use and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Willingness to work onsite (Clark, Pampanga) and to handle shifting schedules
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary ranges typically from around ₱18,000 to ₱30,000 per month, depending on posting
  • Sign-on bonuses and performance incentives may be offered in some postings
