About the Role
As a Relationship Assistant, you will assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in maintaining accounts and coordinating with the Bank's operating units for the efficient implementation of loan facilities/accounts within the RM's assigned portfolio or newly marketed accounts.
How you will contribute
- Adapt to market conditions affecting the Bank's daily transactions by staying informed about the current banking environment to prevent unforeseen issues raised by clients.
- Relay important information to clients (e.g., interest rates) based on Bank policies to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle client complaints professionally to maintain good business relationships.
- Explain bank products effectively to attract prospective and existing clients to choose Security Bank as their main bank.
- Assist the Relationship Manager in ensuring all requirements and documents are complete, resolving deficiencies promptly.
- Oversee the completeness of documentary requirements before loan availments, renewals, and extensions using a comprehensive checklist to protect the Bank's interests.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Conversational knowledge of Fukien/Hokkien is an advantage
- At least 6 months of relevant banking experience is preferred
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis and accounting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and maximize results with minimal resources
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
