Location: Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu
Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
✨At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
✨At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
✨Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
✨Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Lead and oversee employment permit and visa processes, ensuring timely execution and full compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
✨Ensure organizational adherence to labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements, proactively managing compliance risks.
✨Supervise the maintenance and governance of accurate employee records, supporting effective HR, audit, and administrative functions.
✨Manage and coordinate corporate travel and visitor arrangements, including accommodations and transportation logistics.
✨Provide strategic administrative leadership and cross-functional support to internal departments.
✨Oversee factory facilities and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-organized working environment.
✨Manage vendors and service providers related to facilities, travel, and administrative services.
