Position: PIM Data Administrator

Location: MOA, Two Ecom, MOA, Pasay, Philippines
Work setup & shift: Night Shift / Onsite

Key Responsibilities

The Collection of PIM (Product Information Management) data from various sources provided to ensure data entered within the database is of highest integrity. Assist the media team in downloads and saving assets to populate the CDN server for the items within PIM. Call suppliers using VO/IP technology to obtain product information, documents, photos, etc.

  • Spreadsheet skills with a keen eye for data correctiveness.
  • Ability to follow written instructions as well as question things that may not be the same.
  • Ability to create cross-reference guides for use on future processes or items from the same manufacturer as the item count grows.
  • Good verbal communication skills and understanding of matters done through video and screen shares.
  • 1-3 years of data entry in columnar data sheets. Comfort in Excel, Open Office, CSV or txt conversions
  • Number of media documents loaded
  • Number of attribute/data files completed
  • Number of emails sent/followed up on
  • Data quality of what is uploaded
