Collaborating with healthcare professionals and team members to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience. Staying informed about the latest healthcare industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's reputation and contributing to its success by providing outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Minimum Qualifications Medical background is preferred. Medical Technologist or Nursing background. Previous experience in coordination, logistics and managing order. Customer service oriented.
