SoftNice Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines The role focuses on Digital & Customer Excellence value chain, which is a program of several delivery teams and agile teams. The purpose of this job is to understand overall business requirements addressed in the value chain, oversee program solution architecture, facilitate architecture transition clarifications towards decisions, catalyze ideation, and co‑create architecture documentation in connection with agile teams and delivery teams. This ensures solution architectural anchoring and progress across the value chain, beyond a single team, and serves as an essential role between enterprise architect and detailed team architects, having their own solution and technical architects. The role does not have the mandate to decide architecture. It will operate within the frames of Architecture Governance, IT Governance Decision structure, and Company’s Principles & Guardrails for IT. The role requires strong skills facilitating collaboration between Product Teams, Enterprise Architects, and Team Solution Architects. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Accountable for providing business consultancy with a holistic understanding of business requirements we solve in value chain and its solution architecture. Secure a target reference architect and transitional steps in an architecture plan linked to program initiatives. Facilitate needed architectural clarification and lead towards architectural decision, by our IT Governance Decision structures and Company’s Principles and Guardrails for IT. Catalyze ideation, exploration, and proof of concept of new technologies. Secure the overall information architecture and ensure that solutions are aligned with the architectural framework in collaboration teams. Communicate key clarifications and architecture outlines with chief product owner, the architecture runway lead, and program execution lead as the architects’ representative. Key Success Factors Solution architecture is anchored in our value chain. Architectural decisions are co‑created and decided with and not over the impacted teams and/or delivery areas. Information is secured and connected by IT governance tools, principles, guardrails, and critical stakeholders. Architecture roadmap and tactical initiatives are available and anchored in JIRA tasks and as LeanIX architecture reference architecture.
