Head of Finance Graia Construction CorporationLocation: Bacoor City, CaviteEmployment Type: Full-time • Senior Leadership Role About the Role Graia Construction Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and lead the Finance Department. This senior leadership role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and ensuring the company’s financial health and stability. You will work closely with top management to drive financial performance, manage risk, and support long-term business growth. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Finance Department and overseeing all financial activities of the company Managing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards Overseeing cash flow management, resource allocation, and cost-control strategies Providing financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making Coordinating audits, preparing financial statements, and managing external partners such as auditors and banks Developing and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Supporting business expansion, investment evaluation, and financial risk assessment What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA highly preferred) Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally as Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or equivalent Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, and Philippine accounting standards Experience in the construction industry is an advantage Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams Employer Questions Your application will include the following questions: What is your expected monthly basic salary?
