Our focus is on creating engaging ads that drive conversions and connect with our audience. Role Overview We’re hiring a video editor experienced in direct response ads and UGC-style content, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels. Experience with VSLs and motion graphics is a big plus. What You’ll Do Edit high-converting videos from UGC, branded shoots, and proprietary stock footage. Adapt and optimize content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Follow content briefs while also bringing your own creative ideas to the table. Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows (e.g., for captions, voiceovers, creative variations, or ideation). Add strong hooks, captions, transitions, and pacing designed for performance. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, test, and refine ad concepts. Stay updated on trends in short-form ads, UGC, and AI-driven creative strategies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in video editing for eCommerce brands, with hands-on use of AI tools (UGC ads, direct response, and motion graphics are a plus). Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with Meta/TikTok ad formats (fast cuts, strong hooks, captions). Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield AI, ElevenLabs, or similar) to enhance workflow and content. A creative, motivated mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and adapt to short-form ad trends. Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality. Work with a creative, fast-paced eCommerce brand. Consistent projects with room to grow long-term. Fully remote, flexible schedule.
