Position Title:

Relationship Associate

Job Summary:
  1. You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
  2. Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
  3. Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
  4. Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
  5. Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure:
  1. Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients.
  2. Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
  2. Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.
