Role Overview:
- Charts the Innovation strategy of the segment handled by defining the business growth & expansion opportunities, NPD strategic direction, and portfolio development and management
- Translates strategic priorities into operational reality by driving end-to-end project management and leading cross functional teams
- Overall stewardship and effective management of segment resources
- Actively seeks out new ideas by identifying market trends and insights that can be used as input to Innovation strategy and recommends process improvements for replicability.
Required Qualifications:
- Attained bachelor’s degree in any business, science, or engineering-related course
- With at least three (3) years of experience in product development and/or product launches
- Adept at project management and with cross-functional/task force team management and leadership experience; can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be analytical, integrative and strategic in thinking and process-oriented
- Experience in pharma industry is an advantage
