ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER FOR INNOVATIONS

Role Overview:

  • Charts the Innovation strategy of the segment handled by defining the business growth & expansion opportunities, NPD strategic direction, and portfolio development and management
  • Translates strategic priorities into operational reality by driving end-to-end project management and leading cross functional teams
  • Overall stewardship and effective management of segment resources
  • Actively seeks out new ideas by identifying market trends and insights that can be used as input to Innovation strategy and recommends process improvements for replicability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Attained bachelor’s degree in any business, science, or engineering-related course
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in product development and/or product launches
  • Adept at project management and with cross-functional/task force team management and leadership experience; can handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be analytical, integrative and strategic in thinking and process-oriented
  • Experience in pharma industry is an advantage
