Join our dynamic team as a Document Controller and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of project documentation Responsibilities Manage and organize all project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, BOQs, specifications, etc. Ensure document control procedures are followed, in compliance with ISO standards and project requirements. Coordinate with engineers, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of documents. Maintain updated logs and document registers. Ensure that documents are properly stored and easily retrievable (both physical and digital copies). Assist in the preparation of project handover documents and reports. Prepare liquidation reports and other documents for submission to the head office. Perform relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a document control role within the construction or engineering industry. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Pivot, VLOOKUP, and Google Suite tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
