Overview Actively promote and sell travel packages, tours, accommodations, and services to potential clients. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel products. Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring their needs are met. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency. Create customized travel plans and offer personalized recommendations based on clients’ interests and budgets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry (preferred). Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and industry products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
