QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven working experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and sell effectively
  • Willing to be assigned in Davao project (PMT) / Cebu
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • College Graduate
