  • Responsible for organizing account statements to facilitate financial reports.
  • Reconciling bank statements: Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reconciling bank statements.
  • Handling payroll: Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Communicating with vendors and suppliers: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address queries related to payments.
  • Maintaining financial filing systems: Responsible for maintaining and updating financial filing systems to streamline financial processes.
  • Resolving accounting discrepancies: Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • Should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of accounting principles. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in accounting department.
  • Bachelor Graduate of BSA
