As the Leasing Manager , expect that your creativity will be at work as you build strategies to fill the tenancy requirements of your mall assignment. You will not only fill the tenants but ensure the mall has the best tenant mix to attract consumers in your area.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures to increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls.
  • Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions to improve tenant performance, tenancy and leasing operations for actualizing target rental income and occupancy levels.
  • Achieve tenant satisfaction within the mall management limits, regulations, policies and established practices.
Educational Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience Requirement
  • 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or related work from an international/high-end brand.
Work Location
  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned to one of our branches in Rizal.
