Job Description

Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Manager plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, sets deadlines, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company\'s goals and vision.

  • Survey & Preliminary Meeting
  • AAR
  • Preliminary Drawing / Render
  • Kit + Planogram
  • AAR Preliminary Drawing approval
  • Construction Drawing review & approval
  • BoQ review & approval
  • IO & Asset Number request
  • Fixtures order & shipping
  • Graphic Frame order & shipping
  • Graphic Material order & shipping
  • Request Demo Units based on approved planogram
  • Traffic Counter order (liaise with IT)
  • Security Devices order (liaise with Operation Manager)
  • CCTV order (liaise with Operation Manager)
  • Ordering LED TV for Apple TV (AAR & APR)
  • Acrylic Price Ticket & POP order (SIS only)
  • Frame & Graphic Material order (SIS only)
  • Verification all facility from LandLord is done
  • Handover unit & Kick-off meeting
  • Supervise & reporting during fit-out period
  • Supervise during fixtures and equipments set up
  • Pre-opening Checklist & Hand-over store
  • Final Checklist after opening
  • Hand-over letter approval
  • GR submissions for all fixtures / equipments installed
  • Compiling all budgets for CAPEX
  • Claim Form preparation
  • Coordination Meeting during project
MAINTENANCE STORE PROJECT
  • Work Order review and approval
  • Survey and request BoQ from Contractor
  • BoQ review & approval
  • Supervise & reporting during maintenance work
  • Final Checklist after work is completed
  • Hand-over letter approval
OTHERS
  • Vendor registration for new contractor
  • Updating Store Planogram for NPI
  • Perform ad hoc request/projects related to company needs
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, business, architecture or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful.
