Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 2–3 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (5 Whys, Pareto, PDCA). Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
