About the role

Superb Catch Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector to join our team in our Acacia Malabon City location. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our products and services. What you'll be doing

  1. Inspect incoming raw fish materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure conformance to established quality standards
  2. Perform routine tests and analyses to identify any defects or non-conformities
  3. Document and report all quality-related findings, trends, and issues
  4. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation
  6. Calibration monitoring of weighing scale
  7. Monitoring of the processing area's condition

What we're looking for

  1. At least with experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  2. Proficient in the use of quality control tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and testing devices
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and data
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
