We are seeking a Marketing Planner Specialist to identify product highlights and create compelling marketing content that enhances brand influence and market competitiveness.

Job Summary

The Marketing Planner Specialist will be responsible for identifying the core selling points of the platform, games, and events. This role involves developing creative copy and design proposals for graphic materials, crafting ideas and scripts for video content, and analyzing the performance of marketing assets to optimize and iterate strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Product Highlights: Understand the platform, games, and events in-depth to extract core selling points and user value. Develop differentiated marketing strategies based on market demands and competitive analysis.
  • Graphic Material Planning: Develop creative concepts and copy for graphic materials and draft design proposals. Collaborate with the design team to ensure materials align with brand positioning and resonate with the target audience.
  • Video Content Creation: Generate creative ideas for video content and write detailed scripts. Work with production teams to ensure video quality and impact, creating engaging and compelling content.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the performance of marketing assets, tracking user behavior and conversion effectiveness. Optimize and iterate materials based on data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing planning, copywriting, or a related role. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional creative thinking and copywriting skills. Familiarity with the production processes of graphic and video materials, with strong proposal and communication abilities. Proficient in using marketing data analysis tools and adopting data-driven optimization strategies. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
