Dreams Fulfillment Officer

JOB PURPOSE

This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealer Recruitment

  • Implement effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels.
  • Conduct recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to set schedules and guidelines.
  • Present PCDSI’s business model, products, and opportunities compellingly to potential dealers.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Provide personalized support to existing dealers, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
  • Engage proactively to understand their goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.
  • Implement relationship-related IAs such as Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, and Weekend activities.

Dealer Onboarding and Training

  • Facilitate onboarding for new dealers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become Great Life Leaders.
  • Provide comprehensive training on products and direct selling techniques, collaborating with internal teams to develop materials and resources.

New Dealer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for potential and new dealers.
  • Address questions and facilitate the transition of new dealers to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer – Heart-to-Heart program.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with dealers to capitalize on these.

Coaching and Training

  • Coach dealers on management, progression, and achievement of personal goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance their sales and marketing skills, collaborating with the Center of Excellence for materials and resources.

Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  • Develop and implement effective direct selling plans.
  • Monitor dealer performance metrics, providing feedback to optimize revenue and address challenges.

Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Drive and monitor sales through recruitment efforts and activities like Barangayan, Recruitment Parties, and Grand Recruitment Day.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in direct selling, dealer recruitment, or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational skills.
  • Flexible with schedules and locations; capable of performing under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
