Project Management Officer (PMO) – Makati, National Capital Region

As PMO you will be part of the Project Delivery team that manages IT implementation projects for new and existing clients. You will support the projects team in controlling and supplier management, budgeting, reporting, and resource management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in budgeting and tracking program costs
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement and sub-contractors to support internal processes
  • Assist in internal project reporting requirements
  • Track tasks and issues for program management
  • Manage resources (onboarding, training, availability) and organize meetings/workshops/steering committees
  • Utilize Avaloq GIM tool as appropriate
  • Support Partner Management in commercials and SOW creation
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
  • Assist in defining and writing project/change requests (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, resources, milestones)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years PMO or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting complex programs, preferably in vendor/client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication; capable of executive-level reporting
  • Experience reporting to C-suite stakeholders
  • Solid business and financial acumen with advanced Excel skills
  • Team player with proactive issue avoidance and mentorship abilities
