Client Operations ManagerProduction Management: Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product
- Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives to optimize resources.
Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse organization.
- Monitor and ensure accurate documentation and timely distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory control.
Forecast demand to align production with market requirements.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor and enforce QA/QC protocols to maintain high product standards.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
Procurement & Supply Chain: Monitor procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure adequate and cost-effective supply of raw materials and packaging.
- Forecast demand to align production with market requirements.
Lead, supervise, train, and support production staff, supervisors and support teams across operations.
- Provide training and performance evaluations to enhance workforce skills.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure environmental and regulatory requirements are met.
Reporting & Strategic Planning: Prepare and present operational performance reports to top management.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term operational goals.
Warehouse Operations ManagerMajor Function: The Warehouse Operations Manager assists the Senior Manager in contributing to the growth in terms of profitability and contribution to Fast Services Corporation, to society, through effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of the Operations by developing and improving the lives of its employees and future leaders inside and outside the working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that the projects planned according to short, medium, and long term are met and delivered on- time.
- Direct reports are well-equipped in operational planning for daily and medium-range projects.
- Long Term and Strategic projects are well planned and have clear timetables to realize the project.
- Development of staff to handle long-term and strategic projects.

Non-Negotiable Requirements: Solid Sales experience : HARDWARE (installation/installed) CCTV or Intercom, Experience with Facilities / Property Management, Must have at least 2 years experience as OM
- Developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining client relationships.
- Provides current market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of products in various markets, and suggested marketing programs.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred not required, Experience in sales management, particularly in the CCTV or security industry, Technical acumen, experience in information security systems or technology preferred
