Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or understocking. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and excess costs. Order Placement Generate purchase requests based on inventory needs and production schedules. Ensure that all orders are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Cost Management Monitor and control procurement costs to stay within budget. Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of materials. Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery delays, or damaged goods. Data Analysis and Reporting Track and analyze procurement metrics, such as order accuracy, supplier performance, and inventory turnover. Prepare regular reports for management on procurement activities and performance.
